EMEA Transition Business Partner - People

Job Summary:
The EMEA Transitions Business Partner is responsible for designing and delivering a transitions people agenda/strategy that is fit for purpose to input into and achieve the overall Transition Project Plan, Company objectives and the protection of the CBRE brand, ensuring that the CBRE culture and behaviours are continually displayed, reinforced and developed.
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to partner across 81 countries to coordinate and collaborate with local People teams, leading transitions on some CBRE Joint Venture (JV) and Affiliate countries as well as providing advice and delivering value-add interventions in all areas of people transitions.
The ETBP is a trusted advisor to the business, ensuring the full cycle of people transitioning activity and best practice is adhered to in accordance with the Company''s RISE values and vision.
The ETBP is responsible for supporting the delivery of the people and business strategies through:
- Partnering with in-country People teams to create and implement employee Change Management, Transformation and Integration Strategies
- Partner with Business Teams, utilising great in-depth EMEA HR and employee transitions (ARD) legislations to provide HR solutions development and transitions management
- Take strategic People Lead on allocated JV and Affiliate country transformations
- Partner with JV and Affiliate People Leads to project lead alignment on HR process and solutions
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Team to design resource planning strategies that meet sales pipeline recruitment needs to support effective Transitions People workstream deliverables
- High level overview and management of the GTT EMEA Recruitment and Onboarding Smartsheet tool, ensuring the People Leads are accountable to provide timely updates that effectively feed into Power-Bi dashboards utilised in client reports
- Support the Regional Transitions Lead and the wider GTT team with managing and collating accurate regional transitions people metrics and statistics, ready for global monthly submissions
Person Specification:
- Previous knowledge in HR specialisms such as HR Business Partnering, Change Management and Transformation, HR Project Management
- Extensive knowledge of EMEA HR principles and legislations, union and workers council engagement and processes. talent management strategies and practices at senior level
- Broad understanding of business and HR frameworks, initiatives and models
- Up to date knowledge of market and employment trends in the external environment
- Acted as a commercially focused business partner who is an EMEA HR specialist.
- Previous experience of working within a fast-paced HR environment in a complex matrix organisation
- Strong experience of TUPE/ ARD laws
- Strong employment law/ER background
- Team leadership and development
- Managing change
- Chartered CIPD Membership
- HR or Business degree or Masters (MAPD)
- Able to travel across the EMEA as the needs of the role requires
