EMEA Tax Manager

Your new roleReporting directly to the EMEA Tax Director, you will take responsibility for a broad range of corporate tax activities across multiple jurisdictions. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the quarterly and year-end group tax reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely tax provisions under US GAAP Managing the relationship with external advisers and overseeing the delivery of corporate tax compliance obligations across the EMEA region Supporting and managing tax audits, enquiries and correspondence with tax authorities Overseeing withholding tax compliance and ensuring adherence to local regulations Partnering with finance teams and wider business stakeholders to provide tax advice on a range of commercial matters, including transfer pricing, international projects, contract reviews, permanent establishment risks and global mobility Supporting the ..... full job details .....
