What You ll Do Be the go-to expert on HandS across multiple countries and operations.Own audits, risk assessments, inductions, incident investigations, and training.Help design, implement and continuously evolve our EMEA-wide safety systems.Drive behavioural change and embed a culture of safety across the region.Mentor and support our growing network of HandS coordinators and champions.Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain gold-standard compliance.Travel across EMEA (yes, you ll need a passport and a sense of adventure!).
