The role supports renewal execution, data accuracy, customer and partner communication, mandatory quote creation using CPQ within Salesforce, purchase order tracking, bookings support and billing-related activity. This role does not carry an individual quota or own a defined territory, but may provide ad-hoc coverage across regions, customers or opportunities when required. Reporting Line Reports to: Renewals Manager Role Scope The role works closely with Renewals Sales Representatives, customers, partners, distributors, Customer Success, Channel and Sales teams across EMEA.
