EMEA Payroll Specialist London £40,000 - £47,000 per annum + bonus Retail An opportunity has arisen for an EMEA Payroll Specialist, to join a global retailer. This is a hybrid role with the expectations of 4 days a week in office with the ability to use an additional remote working allowance to reduce the days in office.Details of the role: Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be an integral part of the payroll team, supporting with a variety of payroll duties. The team are looking for someone who is proactive where alongside their business-as-usual tasks, will help drive efficiencies in the department.Responsibilities include: Working with your team of 3 to process the payroll data across 10 European regions in particular Italy and Benelux Ensuring payroll checks are implementedEnsure checks are carried out for new starters Overseeing statutory payments and deductionsManaging payroll inbox and addressing queriesContinuously looking at ways to improve the payroll processSkills required: 1-3 years'' EMEA payroll experience Experience with time and attendance systems ideally from a retail settingExperience of WorkdaySofter skills required would include excellent communication skills and the ability to be proactive.Benefits provided include:Bonus25 days holiday3 weeks remote working anywhere Health insuranceGym/personal ..... full job details .....
