EMEA HR Controls and Assistant needed for a financial services firm in London Your new company You will be working for a large financial services firm in Central London.This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in their London offices 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days as WFH.Your new role You will be working as an EMEA HR Controls and Risk Assistant on an initial 12 month FTC.Some duties will include:Responsible for ensuring HR controls and processes are effective and consistent.Responsible for ensuring issue and action owners are reviewing and closing items in Open Pages on timeResponsible for extracting monthly Open Pages data for review and actionResponsible for ensuring procedures are in place for key Risk and Control activities such as but not limited to:Collation of the Risk Assessment Forum PackCollation of the Job Description Working Group PackAnnual Job Description Attestation ProcessResponsible for maintaining the Job Description Tracker and ensuring outstanding items are chased with outliers escalated to the EMEA People Risk Controls ManagerResponsible for conducting sample checks on Job Description Attestation completionResponsible for conducting sample checks on Control Testing completed across the HR DepartmentResponsible for collaborating with with internal and external auditors to resolve issues and for tracking of open issuesWhat you''ll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role, you will ideally have come ..... full job details .....
