Group Financial Controller - EMEA Leeds Hybrid (3 days in the office) £85,000 - £95,000 + Benefits If you''re an experienced Financial Controller who enjoys working across an international business, getting into the detail and having real influence over the numbers, this could be a great next step. We''re partnering with a growing international manufacturing business to appoint a Group Financial Controller to take responsibility for financial reporting, consolidation and control across its EMEA operations. Reporting to the EMEA CFO, you''ll work across multiple international entities and currencies, partnering closely with local Finance teams to make sure reporting is accurate, consistent and commercially useful. It''s a broad role with plenty of exposure. While there is no direct line management, you''ll have significant influence across the wider Finance function and will work closely with Finance teams across the region. The role You''ll take ownership of the EMEA month-end, consolidation and reporting process, working across multiple entities and currencies to ensure the Group has accurate and timely financial information. A key part of the role will be understanding what''s driving the numbers rather than simply reporting them. You''ll need to be comfortable analysing foreign exchange movements, variances and financial performance, challenging the detail and explaining the story behind the results.
