Your new companyA leading AI business is seeking a highly motivated and experienced EMEA Financial Controller to lead our accounting teams in France and the Netherlands. You''ll be responsible for the full accounting cycle for these entities, ensuring compliance and accuracy while supporting broader EMEA initiatives and reporting directly to the Senior Director, EMEA Accounting. Your new role Manage and mentor the accounting team in France and the Netherlands, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.Oversee the timely and accurate monthly accounting close for assigned entities, ensuring adherence to US GAAP and local accounting standards. This includes reviewing journal entries, flux analysis, and account reconciliations.Manage US GAAP and local GAAP audits and annual filings, ensuring regulatory compliance.Collaborate closely with the Dataiku Tax Team to support timely tax, statutory, and local filings, coordinating with external providers.Oversee the creation and maintenance of accounting schedules, reconciliations, and roll-forwards to enhance our control environment.Foster excellent working relationships with accounting teams across EMEA, AMER, and APJ.Support the EMEA Senior Director of Accounting with special projects and workflow process improvements, including ..... full job details .....
