(NYSE: CBRE), we are recruiting a EMEA Finance Manager to support our financial operations across TCC EMEA, focused on large-scale industrial logistics development and investment initiatives throughout the region.About this role:We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile EMEA Finance Manager to join the TCC Corporate Accounting Finance Team and will possess expertise in the lifecycle of property development business including the accounting for property/entity acquisition or disposal, joint venture participation, and liquidation. The ideal candidate will support key financial processes, including month-end close, annual audits, and financial statement reviews across EMEA. This role will report into the TCC EMEA Controller and will be based in London. The successful candidate will be technically proficient in US GAAP and local reporting regulations, with the ability to prepare complex modelling and analyse legal documentation into actionable financial insights. The EMEA Finance Manager will also play a critical role in supporting CBRE-wide projects and ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements.Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:Examine Joint Venture (JV) and Development Management Agreements to ensure revenue recognition aligns with US GAAP and CBRE accounting PolicyAnalyse consolidation models under US GAAP ASC 810, specifically Variable Interest Entity (VIE) versus Voting Interest Entity (VOE), to guide decision on whether a JV should be a consolidated entityPrepare accounting memos on topics such as revenue recognition and accounting implications of property/entity acquisition or disposalSupport the month-end close process by reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, month-over-trend analysis, and intercompany statements. Ensure accuracy and completeness in reporting, in compliance with US GAAPAssist with the annual audit by liaising with external auditors, addressing points and adjustments raised, and implementing necessary corrective actionsReview annual financial statements including statutory disclosures prepared by third-party service providers, and ensure timely filing of all local reporting requirements including tax filings and quarterly VAT reportingPartner with the technology division on system maintenance, implementation, upgrades, automation and customization to encourage the adoption of technology-based solutions and enhancementsActs as key business partner liaising with the country CFO''s as required.Support key CBRE-wide projects including global balance sheet and intercompany program.Key Skills/ExperienceQualified ACA or ACCA accountant with 5+ years of professional experience preferably Big4Strong technical experience with UK GAAP, IFRS and UK Law and regulationsPractical experience in joint venture accounting and property development.Positive mindset with a drive to continually improve and challenge existing processesGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesSelf-starter with a positive attitude and team player mentality.Experience with PeopleSoft, OneStream and Trintech Cadency is desirable.#CBREIMTrammell CrowWhen you''re a part of Trammell Crow Company, a global commercial real estate development company, you''re a part of a team that brings local ingenuity and global vision to everything we build.
