What you''ll do Lead and develop a high-performing finance team across transactional finance and financial accounting. Own month-end reporting, management accounts, forecasting and financial controls. Provide meaningful commercial insight into margins, working capital and cash. Take a hands-on role in improving controls, costing and root-cause analysis. Support the integration of a European entity into the EMEA structure. Help build a finance function capable of supporting future acquisitions and growth. Partner closely with the Finance Director, senior leadership and international stakeholders.
