EMEA Event Manager London Hybrid Contract (circa £450/d) The OpportunityWe''re looking for an experienced and driven Event Manager to join a fast-paced, international marketing team delivering a broad portfolio of B2B client-facing events across the EMEA region.This is a role for someone who thrives on variety - managing multiple projects simultaneously, working across borders and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies and venues. You''ll take full ownership of events from initial brief through to post-event reporting, with scope ranging from intimate client roundtables to larger-scale conferences and virtual/hybrid formats.What You''ll Be DoingManaging end-to-end delivery of in-person, virtual and hybrid B2B events across EMEA marketsLeading agency, venue and supplier relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for external partnersCoordinating stakeholders across multiple countries, functions and time zonesManaging event logistics, attendee management, budgets and onsite deliveryWorking with CRM, invitation management and event technology platforms to support planning, communications and reportingContributing to process improvements, automation initiatives and the team''s growing use of AI-enabled event toolsCapturing event insights and delivering recommendations to improve future deliveryWhat We''re Looking ForB2B event management experience, with a track record of independently managing events end-to-endConfident managing ..... full job details .....
