This temporary role is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team within a complex and evolving technology landscape.Key Responsibilities:Leadership andamp; Delivery:Direct end-to-end delivery of system architecture and integration of in-house and vendor SaaS applications.Design and ratify solution architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.Oversee planning and resource management, ensuring delivery plans align with multiple programme timelines and objectives.Enterprise andamp; Solution Architecture Leadership:Establish and maintain application, data, and technology roadmaps to support the Credit Transformation strategy.Drive architecture simplification and modernisation initiatives across the Credit technology estate.Govern architecture artefacts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.Scrum of Scrums andamp; Cross-Squad Coordination:Lead agile ceremonies and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and issues, promoting collaboration across squads.Ensure consistent delivery practises and knowledge sharing across ..... full job details .....
