Work with vendors to understand and define strategy based on business requirements and architecture roadmap. Prepare HLD, LLD andamp; SOPs Provide POC to business and make sure technology is in line with business requirements. Gather current production performance data, identify gaps, and close them in new solution. Define strategy and coordinate with stakeholders. Tune the systems to deliver high performance to meet business demands.
