The Role As an Embroidery Operative, you will be responsible for producing high-quality embroidered garments using multi-head embroidery machines. You will play a key role in ensuring all products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Operate multi-head embroidery machines efficiently and accurately. Check embroidery design specifications and prepare the correct garments, threads, and machine settings. Frame garments correctly and apply the appropriate backing materials. Monitor embroidery production to ensure consistent quality. Trim threads, remove backing materials, and complete the finishing and packing of embroidered garments. Carry out quality checks throughout the production process. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
