You will be the sole embroidery machine operator on-site, taking ownership of the setup, operation, and day-to-day running of the embroidery machine. While initial support will be provided during installation, this role is ideal for someone confident in their ability to load/set up and run embroidery machines who can bring expertise and help establish processes. Job duties: Setting up and operating a 4-head / multi-head embroidery machine Loading garments and preparing materials for production Managing embroidery runs from start to finish Ensuring high-quality output across all garments Troubleshooting basic machine or production issues Assisting with the setup and optimisation of the embroidery process Supporting wider production duties when required: Heat press operation, vinyl cutting, garment preparation and finishing, packing and preparing orders for dispatch Working to deadlines and managing multiple production orders Quality checking finished products Skills & experience required: Previous experience operating industrial embroidery machine...
