The Role - Day to DayMachine Operation: Set up and run industrial embroidery machines (ideally Barudan or similar), ensuring all jobs are executed to specificationMachine Setup: Select and load the correct threads, needles, and bobbins for each jobFraming and Hooping: Precisely hoop and frame garments and textiles to guarantee accurate alignment and design placementProduction Monitoring: Continuously oversee machine performance, adjusting tensions and troubleshooting thread breaks, needle issues, or birdnestingQuality Control: Proactively monitor output, identifying and correcting faults before products leave your stationMaintenance: Carry out basic machine upkeep including threading, needle changes, and daily cleaning/oilingFinishing: Complete final product preparation including trimming backings, steaming, and folding finished itemsWhat We''re Looking ForExperience: Proven track record working with industrial/commercial embroidery machinery (minimum 1 year preferred)Technical Ability: Confident loading designs, selecting suitable needles/threads, and adjusting machine settings for different fabricsAttention to Detail: A perfectionist''s eye - you spot even the smallest stitching flaw instantlyReliability: Dependable, punctual, and committed to meeting weekly production targetsWork Ethic: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining high standards across large production runsPhysical Capability: Able to stand for extended periods and carry out repetitive ..... full job details .....
