RPO / Embedded Talent PartnerLocation: Cambridge | Competitive Salary + CommissionAt SoCode, we partner with some of the most ambitious and innovative technology companies, helping them shape and scale their teams at every stage of growth. As an Embedded Talent Partner, you''ll work directly with founders and senior stakeholders, acting as their in-house recruitment expert to deliver end-to-end hiring solutions across GTM and technical roles. This is a high-impact role where you''ll often be the first dedicated talent presence in a business. You''ll need to be proactive, organised, and confident building hiring processes from the ground up, using data to drive decisions, improve efficiency, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What You''ll Do

Act as a strategic partner to multiple stakeholders, owning recruitment across a variety of functions.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, process management, and closing candidates.

Build and maintain pipelines through direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS tools).

Report clearly on hiring metrics, pipeline data, and progress to stakeholders.

Advise founders and hiring managers on market trends, hiring strategy, and process optimisation.

Establish scalable hiring infrastructure, from interview frameworks to ATS setup.

Champion employer brand and create an exceptional candidate experience.

Collaborate with fellow SoCode Talent Partners to share insights, tools, and best practices.

What We''re Looking For

Proven experience in recruitment with strong delivery across Tech and GTM roles.

Direct sourcing expertise with the ability to engage passive talent.

Data-driven mindset with confidence in presenting hiring metrics to senior stakeholders.

Strong organisational skills to manage multiple processes simultaneously.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management with a consultative approach.

Comfortable being the first recruiter in a business and building from scratch.

Adaptable, curious, and able to work across different sectors and clients.
