You’ll contribute to technical direction, product decisions, and provide guidance to the team. The position is based in Margate, with an office-based work environment.The ideal candidate is an experienced embedded engineer with strong hands-on firmware development skills for microcontroller-based products, seeking to move into or expand a team leadership role.
