      <description>Location: Uckfield | Salary: &amp;pound;45000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | Embedded Electronics &amp; Firmware Engineer   East Sussex     My client is looking for an experienced  Embedded/Electronics- to join a growing engineering team, helping to develop and enhance a range of life safety-products from concept through to production. This is an opportunity to work on innovative technology, contributing across the full product lifecycle within a collaborative R&amp;D environment.    Key Responsibilities:    Designing analogue and digital electronic circuits for embedded systems   Developing embedded firmware in C for microcontroller-based products   Supporting products throughout their lifecycle, including component selection and obsolescence management   Modifying mechanical designs where required using CAD     What We''re Looking For:    Experience in embedded electronics product development   Strong embedded firmware development experience (Embedded C)   Analogue and digital electronics design experience   PCB design and schematic capture experience   Experience managing component lifecycles and obsolescence   Some exposure to mechanical design/CAD     If this sounds like you - please apply!</description>
