You will need to be able to work independently and be self driven whilst providing some technical leadership. You will need to be very proactive and comfortable working with teams outside of the SW department, and be able to develop embedded SW in C and be able to work in a lab based environment using various test tools such as scopes, logic analysers, bespoke test equipment and host based testing.
