This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional to take ownership of email marketing activity, creating engaging campaigns and automated customer journeys that drive customer engagement, sales, and retention. Day-to-day of the role: Plan, build, test, and send email campaigns using Klaviyo. Write engaging copy and create eye-catching email content. Build and optimise automated email flows and customer journeys. Segment audiences to deliver personalised, relevant communications. Monitor campaign performance and use insights to continually improve results. Conduct A/B tests to optimise subject lines, content, send times, and customer journeys. Maintain a healthy email database and ensure GDPR compliance. Monitor deliverability to ensure emails reach customers'' inboxes. Produce regular performance reports and share insights with the wider e-commerce team. Stay updated with email marketing best practices, new Klaviyo features, and industry trends. Support the Ecommerce and Marketing team with marketing and creative tasks. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience using Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform.
