IN A NUTSHELL

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Email Marketing Executive to join our Loyalty team at

Bulk . This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about creating impactful email marketing campaigns to enhance the customer experience.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the creation, execution, and analysis of email campaigns across all 16 of our markets, ensuring that we deliver personalised and engaging content to our customers. Reporting to the Head of Loyalty and Retention, you’ll play a key role in the execution, optimisation, and reporting of campaigns that drive customer retention and loyalty.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Campaign Execution and Optimisation: Manage the end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns across 16 markets, from building and testing to audience segmentation, execution, and optimisation.Reporting and Analytics: Take ownership of weekly and monthly email performance reports, sharing insights with internal stakeholders, and tracking key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion.Collaboration and Briefing: Work closely with the Loyalty team and cross-functional teams to brief, plan, and execute campaigns that align with broader marketing and brand goals.Innovative Campaign Ideas: Contribute fresh, creative ideas to enhance the customer journey, focusing on improving the email experience and increasing engagement.A/B Testing and Optimisation: Implement A/B and multivariate tests to continually optimise email content, subject lines, and sending strategies. Use data to guide decisions and improve campaign performance.Customer-Centric Mindset: Advocate for the customer at every touchpoint, ensuring that every email is relevant, personalised, and aligned with customer expectations.Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and email best practices to enhance the email marketing strategy and overall customer experience.Documentation: Develop playbooks to ensure that insights are readily accessible, creating a sustainable repository for long-term learning.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Ideally, you''ll have around 2 years of demonstrated experience in email marketing under your belt!Previous experience in CRM campaign activations (email, SMS) and familiar with ESPs (e.g. Emarsys)Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Meticulous attention to detail abilities.Not afraid to challenge the status quo where you believe it will benefit the team or the customer.Good analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and recommendations based on data and analysis. Ideally, you''ve used Google Sheets and Google Analytics as part of this!Keeping up to date with trends to supercharge the user experience.Passion and interest for fitness and/or sports nutrition!Proactive, hands-on approach; willing to roll up sleeves to tackle tasks, demonstrating thoroughness, organisation, and self-motivation.Thrives in challenging environments and excels in navigating complex situations without hesitation.Passion for collaborating in fast-paced settings, fostering teamwork across diverse teams and functions.Cultivates curiosity and embraces outside-the-box thinking to approach problems creatively.
