OverviewBulk is hiring an Email Marketing Executive to join the Loyalty team. This role focuses on creating, executing, and analysing email campaigns across 16 markets to deliver personalised and engaging content that drives customer retention and loyalty. Reporting to the Head of Loyalty and Retention, you will contribute to campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution and Optimisation : Manage the end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns across 16 markets, including building, testing, audience segmentation, execution, and optimisation.
Reporting and Analytics : Own weekly and monthly email performance reports, share insights with internal stakeholders, and track key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Collaboration and Briefing : Work closely with the Loyalty team and cross-functional teams to brief, plan, and execute campaigns aligned with broader marketing and brand goals.
Innovative Campaign Ideas : Contribute fresh, creative ideas to enhance the customer journey, focusing on improving the email experience and increasing engagement.
A/B Testing and Optimisation : Implement A/B and multivariate tests to continually optimise email content, subject lines, and sending strategies. Use data to guide decisions and improve campaign performance.
Customer-Centric Mindset : Advocate for the customer at every touchpoint, ensuring emails are relevant, personalised, and aligned with customer expectations.
Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and email best practices to enhance the email marketing strategy and overall customer experience.
Documentation : Develop playbooks to ensure insights are readily accessible, creating a sustainable repository for long-term learning.
What we are looking for
Around
2 years
of demonstrated experience in email marketing.
Previous experience in CRM campaign activations (email, SMS) and familiarity with ESPs (e.g., Emarsys).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Not afraid to challenge the status quo when it benefits the team or the customer.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from data; experience with Google Sheets and Google Analytics is a plus.
Keeping up to date with trends to enhance the user experience.
Passion and interest in fitness and/or sports nutrition.
Proactive, hands-on approach; willingness to roll up sleeves, stay organised, and stay self-motivated.
