Email Marketing Coordinator

A recruitment agency based in the East Midlands is seeking an organised Email Marketing Coordinator to join their team. Key duties Assist with the creation and scheduling of email campaigns to candidates and clients. Support the management and segmentation of marketing databases to ensure communications are targeted and effective. Monitor email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics. Help maintain the accuracy and quality of contact data within CRM and marketing systems. Assist with creating engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, and call-to-actions. Produce regular reports on campaign performance and recommend areas for improvement. Candidate requirements Strong written communication skills and a good eye for detail. An interest in digital marketing, email campaigns, and customer engagement.
