You will manage the build, deployment, and performance optimisation of email and SMS campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), working closely with the Journey and Lifecycle Senior Manager to execute automated and one-to-many communications across K3''s audience. This role requires a strong technical understanding of SFMC, excellent attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to improving open rates, engagement, and conversion performance.
