We''re working with a leading international publisher in the luxury lifestyle sector, who is seeking an Email and CRM Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across digital, print, events, and data-driven products in a collaborative, friendly environment.

The Role

As Email and CRM Marketing Manager, you''ll take ownership of the business''s B2C and B2C email marketing newsletters and campaigns. You''ll play a key role in optimising campaigns for engagement and conversion, while ensuring CRM systems run smoothly and are effectively integrated across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily and weekly newsletters in collaboration with the editorial team.
  • Deliver automated and scheduled email campaigns across events, subscriptions, reports, and digital products.
  • Build, segment, and optimise customer data for effective targeting.
  • Implement A/B testing and personalisation to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud (including sign-up forms, automation, and data mapping).
  • Support GDPR compliance and best practices for customer data management.
  • Provide performance reporting and insights to internal teams.

About You

  • Solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder) and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Strong email marketing skills - campaign setup, testing, segmentation, and optimisation.
  • Confident working with HTML for newsletters (alignment, formatting, blocks).
  • Attention to detail with excellent copy-editing/proofing skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams (editorial, events, commercial).
  • Experience within publishing, media, or luxury industries is a plus.

  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office (4-5 during probation to help you settle in)

The Process
