This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing personal injury practice where you''ll play a key role in shaping and developing the Employers'' Liability and Public Liability offering. Working alongside experienced legal leaders, you''ll manage a high-quality caseload while helping to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the department. The Opportunity You''ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigated Employers'' Liability and Public Liability matters, including: Fast Track claims. Complex MOJ Portal matters. Non-Portal EL/PL claims. Part 7 and Part 8 litigation through to Trial. This is a hands-on fee-earning role with genuine opportunities to influence team development, provide technical guidance and help shape best practice within the department. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of EL/PL files from inception through to settlement or Trial. Handle litigated matters including Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings. Draft witness statements, court applications and instructions to Counsel. Prepare Trial bundles and ensure compliance with Court directions.
