The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling employer liability (EL) and public liability (PL) claims. As an EL/PL Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims, providing high-quality legal advice to clients, and negotiating settlements on their behalf. This role requires a meticulous approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
