About the Role: You''ll design, build and optimise enterprise-grade software that improves staff productivity and strengthens financial performance. Working closely with Business Analysts, technical specialists and external vendors, you''ll deliver clean, robust, scalable solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best-practice development standards. This role is hands-on, technically challenging and central to the evolution of the Elite 3E practice management platform. What You''ll Do: Lead in-house customisation and development within Elite 3E (experience essential). Build performant, scalable solutions using VB.NET, SQL, XML, XSLT and XPath.
