As an Electronics Training Instructor, you will deliver engaging and practical training covering:

• Electronic maintenance principles
• Fault-finding and diagnostic techniques
• Engineering fundamentals
• Technical best practices

Working alongside an experienced team of instructors, you''ll play a key role in developing the next generation of engineering professionals through high-quality training and mentorship.

• Deliver classroom and practical training in electronics and engineering principles.
• Teach groups of up to 16 learners.
• Support learners undertaking technical engineering programmes.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and fellow instructors.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and delivery methods.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support practical workshops and hands-on learning activities.

• Electronics Engineer
• Electrical Technician
• Approved Electrician
• Service Engineer
• Military Engineering Professional
• Weapons Engineering Specialist

• Electronics, electrical, or engineering experience gained through industry or military service.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing others.
• Previous training, coaching, mentoring, or instructional experience, or a genuine desire to move into a training-focused role.
• Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).

• Experience delivering technical training, workshops, or classroom-based learning.
• Knowledge of defence, military, or highly regulated engineering environments.
• Level 4 Teaching Qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous instructional or coaching experience.

• 37.5-hour working week
• Term-time only working (45 weeks per year)
