Electronics Training Delivery Instructor

Our client is seeking a Training Delivery Instructor specialising in Electronics to join its Marine Engineering Training Team in Portsmouth. This permanent role offers an experienced Electrical or Electronic Engineer the opportunity to use practical trade knowledge to deliver high-quality training and help shape the next generation of engineering professionals. Previous teaching experience is not essential, as full training and support will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Deliver theory and practical training modules within Electrical and Electronic Marine EngineeringExplain complex technical concepts clearly and support learners throughout their trainingAssess student coursework and provide constructive feedback on performance and progressionMaintain and update training materials and documentation in line with current requirementsProvide appropriate duty of care and oversee learner progression during the delivery phaseBuild positive working relationships with customers and colleagues across the Marine Engineering training areaApply best practice to support quality improvement activities across the training establishmentJob Requirements:Experience in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a closely related technical disciplineMinimum Level 3 Technical Certificate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent qualificationStrong practical electrical and electronic engineering skillsAbility to explain technical information clearly and coach others ..... full job details .....
