About the Role
The Electronics Test Technician will join a team designing and testing advanced wireline electronic tools for oil and gas production. Based in Liverpool, this permanent position involves testing electronic circuits and sub-assemblies using both manual and automated methods. Responsibilities include fault-finding to component level with oscilloscopes and DVMs, performing electrical safety checks including Megger and flash tests, and supporting occasional electronics assembly. The role requires providing testing feedback while contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Candidates need an apprenticeship, HNC or equivalent in electronics, prior electronics testing experience, and a solid understanding of circuit theory and fault-finding techniques. Salary is £32,000 to £35,000 per annum.

Your role

What you will need
