      <description>Location: Rugeley | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Job Title:  Electronics Test Engineer  Location:  Rugeley  Salary:  -DOE   The Role   This is a hands-on engineering role focused on fault finding, testing and demonstrating electrical and electronic equipment used across MOD and commercial applications.  You will work closely with Engineering and Operations to identify and resolve technical issues, develop effective test solutions and ensure products meet the required quality, performance and safety standards.   Key Responsibilities    Test electrical and electronic assemblies and equipment to MOD and commercial standards.  Carry out fault finding, investigation and rectification of technical issues.  Develop test fixtures, rigs and procedures in collaboration with Engineering.  Produce accurate documentary evidence and test records.  Work closely with Engineering and Operations to resolve issues and support production.  Liaise with Engineering regarding design changes, modifications and rectification.  Demonstrate equipment performance to customers and customer representatives.  Ensure all testing is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures.
