Electronics Technician

Position: Electronics TechnicianSalary: 25,000- 27,500 Location: St Albans Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week - 7.00am-3.00pm Monday to Friday Proactive are currently recruiting for an Electronics Technician in St Albans to start work immediately.This is a permanent position and an exciting opportunity to work for a market leading electronics manufacturing company offering ample opportunity for progression and development.As a Electronics Technician, you''ll be a core part of the manufacturing team, working on cable assemblies, wiring, harnesses, looms, and more.Major Responsibilities:Assembly, soldering, crimping, and testing components to precise specificationsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and process documentationUse of electromechanical tools and fixturesAbility to maintain quality control, in line with industry standardsHelp to continuously improve processes, yield, and throughputCollaborating with engineers, quality and production teams to meet deadlinesPersonal skills: Ideally candidates should have a minimum of 1 years experience in soldering and crimping (Proven soldering skillsBasic IT skills (Excel, Word)Experience with interpreting technical drawingsFamiliar with electromechanical toolingA methodical, fast-paced approach to workSelf-motivation, good initiative and solid communication skillsUnderstanding or experience of industry quality standardsHow to Apply:For more information on the role, or an informal discussion ..... full job details .....
