This opportunity offers technical leadership responsibility across the full product lifecycle. Where you will work The role is based in Hertfordshire with a hybrid working arrangement (3 day per week on site). This is a permanent, full-time position. Responsibilities Lead a team of engineers delivering electronic sub-system design and technical definition. Guide development from early feasibility and technology assessment through detailed design, qualification and certification. Support the transition of products into production, ensuring quality, cost and delivery requirements are met. Work with manufacturing, mechanical design and other engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and maintain progress. Coordinate technical activities, manage stakeholders and oversee delivery against agreed plans and budgets.
