Electronics Security Systems Engineer

Job Summary- Perform regular maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of security systems to ensure optimal functionality. Diagnose and rectify faults quickly, effectively and efficiently.- Perform reactive service visits as required to meet contracted customer''s service level agreements.- Perform planned preventive maintenance visits as required in line with contracted customers service level agreements.- Provide support and advice to clients regarding their security systems, addressing queries and offering solutions to resolve issues.- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including reactive service and planned preventive maintenance reports.- Work closely with the service administration and engineering teams to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our clients.- To be available for standby on a call-out Rota, as required within the team.- As the business grows, manage and mentor service engineering team Skills- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.- Understanding of current industry standards and regulations (e.g., BS EN 50131, PD6662, NCP 104 and NCP 109).- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Good time-management skills.- Able to identify and solve problems independently.- Have a professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers.- Complete detailed work reports ..... full job details .....
