Sales AssistantHoniton 25,000 per annum ( 29,000 OTE) Monday - Friday Permanent Hybrid (2 days WFH after training)Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Sales Assistant to join a leading electronic component distributor in Honiton. This company partners with OEM and EMS businesses to manage their overstock inventories and is looking for a motivated individual to support its sales operations.This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, sales-minded candidate who is motivated by earnings, eager to learn, and looking to build a career in a professional, friendly, and supportive environment.Key DutiesSelling large volumes of electronic components to existing buyers.Managing a mixture of proactive and reactive sales activities.Supporting marketing efforts to promote available stock.Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.RequirementsPrevious sales experience is an advantage but not essential.Tenacious, motivated, and eager to learn.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work well in a team.What We Offer 25,000 per annum + bonuses (OTE 29,000).Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 08:30am - 3pm.Option to work two days per week from home after successful training (at company discretion).Five weeks annual leave (increasing to six).Company phone and laptop.Full training and ongoing mentor support.Career progression opportunities in a modern, flexible work ..... full job details .....
