If you have experience as a hands-on Process Engineer or similar within Electronics Manufacturing, specifically SMT assembly, apply now for an immediate response The Job You''ll Do: Own the SMT process: solder paste printing and inspection (SPI), pick-and-place, reflow soldering, and associated inspection across one or more production lines.Develop, validate, and optimise reflow profiles for a range of solder pastes and board thermal masses.Define stencil designs, aperture ratios, and area-ratio calculations to ensure reliable paste transfer for challenging components.Program, tune, and maintain Pick and Place, SPI and AOI systems to balance defect capture against false call rates.Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action for defects.Apply structured problem-solving methods and lean principles to reduce scrap, rework, and downtime.Maintain process documentation, work instructions, and control plans to IPC and ..... full job details .....
