The Role As an Electronics Manufacturing Engineering Lead, you will lead a small team of Electronics Manufacturing and Test Engineers/Technicians while taking ownership of the development and improvement of PCBA and product testing capability. You will combine advanced electronics engineering expertise with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, manufacturing support and continuous improvement. You will also lead projects introducing new products, processes and automated test equipment into manufacturing. Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, RandD, Manufacturing Engineering and external suppliers, you will be responsible for delivering robust production processes, test solutions and technical improvements.
