This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled engineering team responsible for designing advanced underwater instrumentation, including acoustic modems, Doppler Velocity Logs and data logging systems.This role would suit an experienced Electronics Hardware Engineer looking to take ownership of new product development and become a technical authority within the business. You will play a key role in the design, development and continuous improvement of industry-leading electronic systems while working closely with software, systems and production engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop analogue and digital electronic hardware for advanced subsea products.Lead hardware design reviews and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.Develop embedded firmware using Embedded C and support implementation on microprocessor-based systems.Design reliable low-power, low-noise electronic circuits for demanding environments.Support EMC design, testing and standards compliance throughout product development.Produce clear and detailed engineering documentation to support manufacturing and future product development.Carry out hands-on electronics and embedded software fault ..... full job details .....
