Job OverviewWe''re hiring an experienced Electronic Design Engineer for a 6-month Outside IR35 contract with a leading defence and technology company in Surrey.

This role focuses on analogue circuit design for sonar systems, involving both new designs and updates to existing products.

Key Requirements

Active SC Clearance (must already be cleared)

Strong analogue design experience, ideally for sonar, audio, or sensor-based systems

Experience with low-noise signal conditioning, filtering, and amplification

Skilled in schematic capture and PCB layout (Altium, OrCAD, etc.)

Good understanding of EMC, testing, and design for manufacture

Mixed-signal or embedded experience is a bonus, but this is mainly an analogue role
