You''ll own the electronics from schematic and PCB design through bring-up, testing, certification and manufacturing.You''ll work across analogue, digital, power, wireless and safety-critical electronics, including gas-control circuitry, while working closely with software, engineering, suppliers and manufacturing.What you''ll own Schematics and multi-layer PCB layout in AltiumAnalogue and power design, including high-voltage circuits, protection and driversSafety-critical gas ignition and flame-sensing circuitryHigh-speed interfaces including Ethernet, HDMI, LVDS, USB and SDIOBluetooth/Wi-Fi integration and antenna layoutSoM and MCU selectionThermal, EMC, grounding and signal-integrity designDFM/DFT, production test fixtures and automationBOMs, wiring diagrams and cable harnessesPrototyping, soldering, rework, board bring-up and debuggingSupplier relationships and certification evidence Who we''re looking forYou''ll ideally have 5+ years'' experience taking electronics from design through to certified, manufactured boards.You''ll bring: Strong schematic and multi-layer PCB design experience, ideally AltiumStrong analogue and power electronics skillsHigh-voltage and safety-critical circuit experienceHigh-speed digital design and signal-integrity knowledgeDFM/DFT and production test experienceBOM, wiring and harness experienceHands-on prototyping, soldering, rework and board bring-upStrong fault-finding and root-cause debugging skills A 2:1 or above degree in electronics, ..... full job details .....
