Electronics EngineerAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electronics Engineer to join an innovative engineering business developing highly sophisticated sensing and measurement technologies for specialist applications.Working as part of a small, highly skilled Engineering and Production team, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects from initial concept through to production, working on cutting-edge electronic and opto-electronic systems in a low-volume, high-technology manufacturing environment.Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, the successful Electronics Engineer will play a key role in the design, verification and continuous improvement of new and existing products, whilst also supporting production, manufacturing partners and product lifecycle activities.This is an excellent opportunity for an Electronics Engineer who enjoys working across the full product development lifecycle and wants to make a genuine impact within a collaborative and technically challenging environment.The RoleAs an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for:Leading electronic design activities for new product developments.Supporting and improving existing electronic designs and PCB assemblies.Working closely with external PCBA consultants and contract manufacturers.Performing functional testing, verification and quality assurance activities.Supporting manufacturing and production teams with technical expertise.Maintaining and improving ..... full job details .....
