Electronics Design Engineer

Ref: (phone number removed)Job Title: Electronics Engineer Location: Alperton, BrentPermanent Salary: £40,000 £45,000 base (negotiable based on experience) Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week; 4 days in office, 1 day WFH) Parkside Recruitment are looking for an Electronics Design Engineer for a research client situated in Alperton. This role involves the design, development, and testing of electronic and electrical systems and firmware across new and existing SMS products.What You ll Do: Design and test electronic circuits (analog/digital/mixed signal) Create PCB layouts and wiring diagrams Build and test prototypes, fixing problems as needed Work with software teams on firmware for microcontrollers (e.g. STM32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi) Write and maintain clear technical documentation Help ensure compliance with industry standards and safety rules (like EMC and RoHS) Contribute to product innovation with the RandD team What We re Looking For: 1 5 years of experience in electronics development Experience designing and testing circuit boards (including power, sensing, and signal systems) Comfortable with tools like oscilloscopes, soldering equipment, and PCB design software (e.g. Proteus) Knowledge of embedded C/C++, Python, or similar languages Good communication skills able to explain ideas clearly Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field Why Work With Us?
