Joining a multidisciplinary team, your main responsibility will be to support the design, development and testing of electronics, hardware and PCBs, for optoelectronic systems. You will design and develop new electronic products and PCBs which meet customer requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for bench testing, fault finding and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies in the lab. Working closely with the optical, mechanical and software engineers, you will be involved in the integration of the electronics into the new sensing systems. From time to time, you will also be required to reverse engineer third-party electronic items.
