Electronics Assembly Team Leader Location: Rugby Salary: up to £40,000 DOE Job Type: Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electronics Assembly Team Leader to join a specialist engineering and manufacturing business based in Rugby. This is a hands-on leadership position, ideally suited to someone with a strong electronics background who enjoys combining technical work with team management. The successful candidate will take responsibility for coordinating and supporting day-to-day assembly and manufacturing activities, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the required quality standards. The Role As Electronics Assembly Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily and weekly workloads while providing practical technical support across assembly, testing, fault finding and repair activities.
