      <description>Location: Gosport | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Our client, a leading defence manufacturing organisation, is currently seeking experienced AsemblyTechnicians / Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join their team in Hampshire on an ongoing contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in building electronic equipment to the highest quality standards within the defence, aerospace, or other regulated manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities:  Assemble electro-mechanical products and electronic enclosures from work instructions. Carry out box build, cable routing, and final mechanical assembly. Install PCBs, connectors, and associated hardware into finished assemblies. Perform soldering to recognised industry standards. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with quality procedures and manufacturing documentation. Maintain a clean, organised, and ESD-compliant working environment.  Essential Skills and Experience:  Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions. Experience in conventional soldering.
