Position: Electronics AssemblerLocation: Cwmbran, TorfaenSalary: 13 - 14 per hour Electronics Assembler required. Our client is a small, specialist engineering company manufacturing electronic and electro-mechanical products. They are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembler to join their team, carrying out precision assembly, soldering and wiring using small components and fine wiring. Previous soldering experience is essential, along with excellent attention to detail and a careful, methodical approach. Electronics Assembler Position Overview Assembling electronic and electro-mechanical products to drawings and instructionsSoldering electronic components, wires, cables and connectorsPreparing and assembling PCBs, connectors and mechanical componentsCarrying out wiring, cable preparation and crimping where requiredInspecting own work to ensure high standards of quality and accuracyFollowing assembly drawings, wiring diagrams and production instructionsCarrying out basic continuity checks and testing where requiredIdentifying and reporting assembly defectsMaintaining a clean, organised and safe work areaAssisting with general production duties as required Electronics Assembler Position Requirements Previous soldering experience is essentialGood wiring and assembly skillsExcellent attention to detail and manual dexterityComfortable working with small components and fine wiresAbility to follow technical drawings and instructionsCareful, reliable and methodical approach to ..... full job details .....
