Electronic Test Engineer

Electronic Test Engineer - Contract - Essex

Platform have partneered with an innovative electronics company. They are looking to take on-an electronics tester or test engineer on a contract basis to support high-level soldering, PCB rework, and electronics testing.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone confident working to IPC standards, with a solid understanding of electronic components and test equipment.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• IPC-A-610 and/or IPC J-STD-001 certification

• Experience in PCB rework and repair

• Familiarity with IPC-7711/21-

• Strong hand-soldering skills-

-Desirable Experience:

• Experience with IPC Class 3 assemblies

• Knowledge of test equipment-

• Familiarity with ESD-safe practices
