This is for a dynamic electronics engineer who can operate across hardware, firmware, and cross-functional design areas while working in a heavily regulated environment. That means, you ll be involved directly into the design cycle that takes their new technology from concept to the market. This is a permanent, full time on site role based in Newcastle. Electronic System Engineer Key Responsibilities Lead design cycles, updates, and enhancements across an electronics-heavy medical device. Documentation, traceability, and the technical file. Deliver design changes driven by new standards, global regulatory requirements, or product performance needs Work hands-on with hardware, firmware, mechanical, optical, and microfluidics specialists Support verification and validation from a design perspective. Interface with global partners, including China-based manufacturing groups. Contribute to next-generation platforms with increased throughput and advanced architecture.
